About the role
As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closed deal. You'll work with support and operations leaders who want to transform how their teams work, showing them what Solva can do and helping them make the case internally. This is a high-impact role at a company where the product genuinely sells itself.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
Run product demos tailored to each team's needs
Build relationships with support and operations leaders
Partner with the product team to relay what prospects need
Requirements
3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally closing mid-market deals
A consultative, customer-first approach to selling
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
Experience selling support, CX, or AI products
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
