Customer Support Specialist

About the role
You'll be the human behind a product that's all about great support. You'll help customers onboard, answer their questions, and make sure they're getting real value from Solva — while feeding what you learn back to the product team. If you care deeply about customer experience, this is a chance to live it every day.
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and help them get set up quickly
Answer questions and resolve issues across chat and email
Turn recurring customer feedback into product insights for the team
Help build out our help center and knowledge base
Requirements
2+ years in a customer support or success role
Excellent written communication and a genuine empathy for users
Comfort working independently in a remote, async environment
Curiosity about how AI can improve customer support
Nice to have
Experience with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom
Background in a fast-growing SaaS startup
