Customer Support Specialist

Help our customers get the most out of Solva — and shape the product with their feedback.

About the role

You'll be the human behind a product that's all about great support. You'll help customers onboard, answer their questions, and make sure they're getting real value from Solva — while feeding what you learn back to the product team. If you care deeply about customer experience, this is a chance to live it every day.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and help them get set up quickly

  • Answer questions and resolve issues across chat and email

  • Turn recurring customer feedback into product insights for the team

  • Help build out our help center and knowledge base

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer support or success role

  • Excellent written communication and a genuine empathy for users

  • Comfort working independently in a remote, async environment

  • Curiosity about how AI can improve customer support

Nice to have

  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom

  • Background in a fast-growing SaaS startup
