Senior Product Engineer

About the role
We're looking for a senior engineer to help build the heart of Solva — the systems that read, understand, and resolve real customer conversations. You'll work across the stack on features that thousands of support teams rely on every day, shipping fast and owning your work end to end.
Responsibilities
Design and build core product features across the frontend and backend
Improve the accuracy and reliability of Solva's automated resolutions
Collaborate closely with design and support teams to ship user-facing improvements
Own features from idea to production, with real impact on real users
Requirements
5+ years of experience building production web applications
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and a modern framework (React, Next.js, or similar)
Experience with backend systems, APIs, and databases
A bias toward shipping and a high bar for quality
Nice to have
Experience working with LLMs or AI-powered products
Background in customer support or SaaS tools
